Directions to the Office of the Ombud

The Office of the Ombud is located in Lover's Walk on UCT's Lower Campus.
From Main Road, Mowbray
Drive along Main Road towards Rondebosch. Immediately after the Baxter Theatre turn right into Burg Road. Rustenburg Junior School will be opposite the Baxter. Take the first right turn into Baxter Road. At the three-way intersection at the Baxter Theatre turn left onto Lower Campus South. Go past the Cottage (DISCHO) on the left and the Old Admin Building on the right. Turn right into Lovers Walk. The Office of the Ombud is located next to the Old Admin Building and opposite the School of Dance.
From Town
To reach UCT's Lower Campus where the Office of the Ombud is located, drive along De Waal Drive or Eastern Boulevard, passing Groote Schuur Hospital on the way. Just past the hospital the road forks. Take the right-hand fork (M3 to Muizenberg). Just beyond Mostert's Mill (windmill) on your left, take the Woolsack Drive/University of Cape Town turn-off (Exit 7 Rosebank - M89. Turn left at the traffic lights on Woolsack Drive. Continue down Woolsack Drive until you see the UCT turn-off to your left (clearly marked on the road and also clearly signposted.), which will take you directly on to the campus with the main Jammie Shuttle terminus to your left and the Baxter Theatre Centre to your right. Turn right into Baxter Road. At the three-way intersection at the Baxter Theatre turn right onto Lower Campus South. Go past the Cottage (DISCHO) on the left and the Old Admin Building on the right. Turn right into Lovers Walk. The Office of the Ombud is located next to the Old Admin Building and opposite the School of Dance.
From Upper Campus
Drive along Woolsack Drive towards Rondebosch. Take the UCT turn-off to your left (clearly marked on the road and also clearly signposted.), which will take you directly on to Lower Campus with the main Jammie Shuttle terminus to your left and the Baxter Theatre Centre to your right. Turn right into Baxter Road. At the three-way intersection at the Baxter Theatre turn right onto Lower Campus South. Go past the Cottage (DISCHO) on the left and the Old Admin Building on the right. Turn right into Lovers Walk. The Office of the Ombud is located next to the Old Admin Building and opposite the School of Dance.
