ResNet
Getting connected
Any student living in a networked student residence can connected to ResNet. You must provide your own PC or laptop, and may only connect one PC or laptop to the cable network point at a time.
Please note that there is no more need to register a MAC address
- Obtain a network cable (for wired connection)
- Once your machine is plugged to the network point or connected to wireless connection, you should have access to UCT pages.
- An ISA log in dialog will pop up for access to external sites, log on in this way.
- You will now have full access to the internet!
