Each residence has appointed a residence IT representative. If you need IT assistance, first contact your residence IT representative. Contact your IT Rep below:

The ResNet Administrator, Mr Tsebo Litabe, coordinates ICT support in Student Housing & Residence Life, including the student residences. He liaises with the wardens, Residence Facilities Officers (RFOs) and IT Reps of each residence.
Should you wish to escalate an unresolved IT problem that has already been reported to your residence IT representative, contact the ResNet Administrator.
