Tribute to Emeritus Professor Stuart Saunders

This year marks the 80th birthday of former vice-chancellor, Emeritus Professor Stuart Saunders. The Development and Alumni Department would like to honour him with a collection of your memories of his years at UCT. Some of you may have studied with him, served under him when he was the vice-chancellor, stayed at Driekoppen when he was a warden, or have been taught by him.
No matter what your encounter with Dr Saunders at UCT was, we invite you to send us a paragraph of how you remember him. This will assist us in preparing a collection of such memories, which we shall present to him sometime near his birthday.
