Talks: Vice-Chancellor and Principal Professor Njabulo S Ndebele and the SRC president Zuki Mqolomba at the review.
Student matters were the talk of the hour when the Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Professor Njabulo S Ndebele, along with other senior executives sat down with the 2006/2007 Student Representative Council (SRC) on 22 February.
The meeting, the first between the Vice-Chancellor and the SRC for 2007, centred around plans for the year and topics of concern to both groups. But the spirit was a collegial one, according to SRC president Zuki Mqolomba.
"As the Student Representative Council, we are looking at forging positive relations with the Vice-Chancellor and his office."
