SRC well-wishes Ikey Tigers

 The Students' Representative Council (SRC) paid a surprise visit to the Ikey Tigers on 27 March. SRC president Sizwe Mpofu-Walsh and treasurer Lwando Maki attended the UCT side's last practice at SACS High School in Newlands to wish the players well before they headed to Stellenbosch for the FNB Varsity Cup final on Monday. UCT may go into the match as the underdogs, but it's clear from their performances in the quarters and semis that the team is good enough to take the trophy this year, Mpofu-Walsh said. "Let's do this, boys,", he added to the appreciation of the squad members.
