Research: WUN Global Challenges: Overview
WUN Global challenges are key challenges identified by its members for global concern. The WUN Global Challenges consist of a number of collaborative research activities - each involving a number of WUN and other world-leading academic partners. Each partner is expected to contribute - in the short or long term - to the issues of global concern identified in the Global Challenge. Further information on the wide range of WUN collaborative research activities can be found in the Research groups by Global Challenge.
WUN Global Challenges also exist as a means of advertising new or existing WUN collaborative research activities to potential funders, policy-makers, and the world more generally, by highlighting the impact that these research activities have on the issues of global concern.
