General information: Energy conservation

It is in the student's best interest to minimise unnecessary usage of electricity. Students are encouraged to reduce the use of electricity.

Some recommendations are:

• Switch off the lights as you leave your room
• Turn off computers when not in use
• Switch off TVs and radios not being used
• Switch off appliances, unless in use
