Readmissions

All undergraduate students who were refused readmission to UCT in 2013 or whose readmission depends on the outcome of supplementary/deferred examinations can put in an appeal to the Readmission Appeal Committee. The Committee (RAC) handles appeals for readmission to UCT. You need to fill in the appeal form if you wish to:

• register for the same degree or diploma programme; but if your registration is refused, you do not want to return to UCT.
• register for the same degree or diploma programme; but if your registration is refused, to register for a different degree or diploma programme in the same faculty.
• register for the same degree or diploma programme; but if your registration is refused, to register for a different degree or diploma programme in another faculty.
• register for a different degree or diploma programme in another faculty.

Attention Apple Mac users: please do not complete, save and send the Adobe Acrobat form to us on an Apple Mac - it will be blank when viewed on a PC. Rather print it out once you have completed it, and then scan and email, or fax it to us. You can also drop it off at our office.
