Ad hoc: Data queries
An increasing amount of work that the IIU does is in the form of data requests from various parties in the university community. These queries range from the provision of readily available statistics to entire projects that require the ordering of downloads, data verification, data analysis and the writing of the final report. As far as possible the unit tries to accommodate data queries but due to workloads and time constraints we ask that the requests be filed in a timeous fashion to allow for scheduling of work. An ad hoc data request form outlining a detailed specification is available from Elaine Hendricks. All data requests must please be sent directly to Elaine Hendricks rather than to individual IIU staff members. Please note that due to the heavy workload a two week minimum lead time is required for processing ad hoc requests.
