Institutional Information Unit

Internal reporting: Enrolment Planning

Each year, the Institutional Planning Department facilitates the planning of UCT's enrolment for the following academic year. Enrolment targets within each of the 6 Faculties and the Graduate School of Business are set at the programme or qualification level. The enrolment planning process is an integrated one, drawing on the specific knowledge and expertise of IPD members and representatives of CHED, the Admissions Office and the Physical Planning Unit within an Admissions Task Team. Enrolment targets are arrived at during Admissions Task Team meetings with each of the Faculties and the GSB. These targets are compiled within an Admissions Task Team Report, for the approval of the Admissions Committee.
