Rolling Plan to the DOE
In terms of the 2001 National Plan for Higher Education, the Ministry of Education requires Higher Education institutions to submit three-year Rolling Plans addressing a specified range of transformation goals articulated within the NPHE. The most recent Rolling Plan submission (April 2003) was developed in accordance with Ministerial guidelines and focussed on issues of access and equity, student success and throughput and institutional cultural transformation at UCT.
