Overview

Procurement and Payment Services (PPS) is based in the Finance Department and aims to provide the university timeously with goods and services of optimum quality, at the best value for money, in an ethical and transparent manner. Its role includes purchasing, processing of invoices and payment.

PPS encourages savings and cost reduction behaviour to optimise the purchasing power of the university, while paying the suppliers to the best benefit of the university.
