The Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA) has a Wellness & Fitness Centre, which offers a selection of health and fitness options, a spacious environment, fully-equipped with modern fitness equipment, and access to the expertise and the attention of a team of highly-qualified health professionals.

Due to our association with UCT, we have come up with some special rates for staff & students. These rates are exclusive to UCT and thus cannot be taken up by non-UCT staff or students.
Special rates are indicated below:
All memberships are subject to a R384 joining fee - which includes initial assessment and programme prescription (T1 or Test 1). An optional second test (T2) can also be performed within 6 months (R270).
